During your session, Mel will guide you through a virtual walk-through of your garden, helping you assess plant health, identify issues, and understand your garden’s needs. Using your live video feed or photos, she’ll also assist you in assessing the health of your plants and share practical gardening skills such as pruning, planting, and identifying and managing common pests and diseases. With personalised guidance and plenty of time for questions, you’ll feel supported, confident and ready to get the most out of your garden. To ensure you can continue caring for your garden long after the session ends, Mel will provide you with a comprehensive written report. This personalised summary includes everything discussed during your consultation, plus tailored recommendations to help your garden thrive well into the future.
